I ended up at Warren Barr Gold Coast after a fall from a step ladder while I was painting. I broke my rib and hip, and after my stay at the hospital, they recommended I come here for rehabilitation. At first, I was really concerned—I wasn’t sure what to expect, and I knew I needed a lot of attention because I was in a lot of pain. But once I arrived, the staff took such great care of me, and the more I got to know them, the more comfortable I felt. Everyone—from the therapists to the nurses—was incredibly helpful. They truly made me feel like I was in good hands.
The therapy team was fantastic. They asked me what my goals were, and I told them I wanted to start walking again. Little by little, they worked with me, and in just a few weeks, I’ve made big progress. I’m now able to walk almost completely on my own, and I feel much more confident in my recovery. The therapists, especially Christine and Jessica, were amazing, and they helped me focus on regaining my strength step by step. I can’t thank them enough for their support.
What really stood out to me was how well everyone treated not only me but also my family. When my wife and daughter visited, they were welcomed warmly, and the valet parking was a nice touch that made things easier for them. It’s rare to find a place where the staff treats everyone with so much care and respect.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at Warren Barr Gold Coast. From the bottom to the top, the entire staff is doing a fantastic job, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They truly are angels, and I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation. They helped me achieve my goals, and for that, I’m forever thankful.
